Here is my short story…
When I grew up in Czechoslovakia I spend a lot of time with my grandfather.
I worked with him in his restaurant and have lot of great memories. Sadly he passed away in 1985 in the month when I graduated from Hotel Business School. I had no any other opportunity for example with my father to work in family business. I had to learn everything about life myself.
